Shipping Options

UK Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery – £4.33+VAT
Please allow 5 – 7 working days for delivery (Mon-Fri).

Express (Next Day) Delivery

All UK Mainland orders – £5.95+VAT
For orders going to Northern Ireland please note that delivery is 2 working days

Orders placed before 1pm will arrive the following working day before 5.30pm
Please note orders placed before 1pm on a Friday will arrive the following Monday.

Free Delivery (UK Mainland only)

Orders over £30 will qualify for free Standard Delivery.

International Delivery

Delivery costs are worked out by the weight of your order. You will be able to get a quote once you have entered items into your shopping basket.
Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.

Delivery of Goods

We aim for you to receive your order within seven days, this is subject to seasonal variation. Risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Should you change your mind and wish to return your order, you must inform us within 30 days of receiving the goods.

If the items have not been opened and you return them in a saleable condition, we will refund you the cost of the goods within 7 days of receiving the order back. Under these circumstances we will not be liable for refunding any postage costs. Bespoke or personalised orders can only be returned for a refund or replacement if they are faulty.
